“Our pupil definitely benefits from his time with Louis. He immediately bonded with Louis and trusted him with his thoughts and feelings. He looked forward to his sessions of board games as he doesn’t get a chance at home to sit quietly and play. He thrived from the 1-1 attention. He then picked up on the pupil’s change in behaviour and communicated this back to us. Louis’ communication throughout was excellent as he kept us up to date on his plans and filled us in after every session.”

‘It has been abundantly obvious what a positive impact these sessions have been having on the child. He finds it very difficult to regulate his emotions and becomes upset and angry regularly. Since taking part in these sessions, he is now able to not only communicate his feelings to me, but also tell me what he needs to do in order to regulate himself. The sessions have provided him with a range of tools to help him during lessons, including ideas for how to calm himself down. I also feel it has given him more confidence to discuss his feelings and emotions and he is now able to articulate these very well to the adults who support him at school’
